Juniors: Local Community
LOCAL COMMUNITY
There are many opportunities for juniors to provide service to the local community.
Juniors are expected to complete at least 20 hours of service throughout the
summer and/or school year. Each junior must arrange their service hours with
the Service Director by December of 2007.
Students are encouraged to see Mr. Bernard to arrange their service work by
December 15, 2007. A list of possible agencies is available at this Web site
and in Mr. Bernard’s office. Please see the links below.
IMPORTANT
Service hours are to be completed outside of students’ normal instructional
hours - that is, the activities are to take place after school, on weekends,
or during school holidays. All juniors must submit their service “time
sheets” to Mr. Bernard by May 21, 2008.
